What's trust worth if there are secrets, hidden agenda's, or a lack of free-flowing information? Secrets and the restriction of information create artificial barriers and power structures.
Sharing and transparency is the way forward. We ban secrets and promote an open, easy environment.

Why do we value freedom so much in our personal lives, yet somehow often relinquish it at the work-place? Controls and restrictions only serve to hurt us; stifling creativity, expression passion, and purpose.
At Xentio, we believe that only true freedom provides a feeling of belonging, engagement, and inspiration!

It stands to reason that if we believe in true freedom and trust, then we stand for democracy in the workplace. (By 'democracy', we certainly don't mean politics - which we believe is antithetical to innovation)
We speak freely and directly. We listen to each other, we share ideas, and we encourage personal empowerment and direct action. Speak your mind, and do stuff.
Question EverythingAsk ``Why``, and challenge
It's by challenging the status quo that we create evolutionary leaps and revolutionary bounds. Just because something was always done one way in the past doesn't mean that it's *still* the best way forward in the future.
At Xentio we encourage curiosity and the exploration and disruption which derive from asking questions and pursuing new answers. Questioning promotes change, progress, and innovation.

Play doesn't mean frivolity. Play promotes creative, productivity, insight and epiphany. Olympic athletes enjoy their sport, but they're also in the 'zone' - a focused state of mind where overcoming great odds seems effortless.
